Agreements and suitability

Rent, agreement length, responsibilities and intended use are confirmed in writing before any arrangement begins. Rent is contractually agreed with the business and payable subject to the terms of the signed agreement. Longer-term agreements, including 3+ years, may be available where suitable and mutually agreed.

Suitability can depend on mortgage conditions, insurance, lease or freeholder conditions, planning, licensing, local authority requirements, property type and intended use. You are responsible for obtaining any consents you need and should take independent advice where appropriate.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you or us to enter into any agreement. We may decline any property at our discretion.
